QUESTIONS and ANSWERS
What is the Bestattungsfonds?
This fund was created to support our fellow citizens with a migration background who live in Austria in the event of a death, both personally and financially. The fund ensures that the legal and religious requirements are implemented in a professional manner. Members are given the opportunity to have the deceased transferred and buried in their home country without the surviving family members suffering a financial loss. All you need to do is inform us in a timely manner about the deceased. For more information about our services, please contact our staff at the branches.
Attention! The Bestattungsfonds not only provides financial support, but also connects you with trustworthy partners to carry out all legal and religious steps, from collection and body washing to handover to family members.
